Current Information:Age-27 21, Perran Road, Tulse Hill Philosophe British Cemetery, Mazingarbe, France On 4th November, 1915, 23rd London of 142 Brigade, 47th Division, were relieved from the front line near Loos in northern France and moved back to reserve trenches. From there they moved to Philosophe where on 10th November a shell landed on one of the billets occupied by C Company which killed seven men outright including Private Harriss. |
